Born in 1957, the Cobalt Artist started his artisitic career as a wildlife artist. Later, he was trained in art by Peter Hick and in Graphics by Tony Marshall. He also trained at Newcastle College of Art in the 70’s.
His passion for portraiture began as he worked as a portrait painter in Paris and Geneva. He returned to the UK in the 80’s and enjoyed a successfull career in creative advertising. The Cobalt Artist is the founder of Charles Hollywood Ltd and JustThink.co.uk - Advanced Thinking for Profit.
He still paints for the rich and famous. This new conceptual portrait art is wowing the CEO’s in boardrooms around the world and proving hugely successful as the perfect gift for those among us who have everything. As individual as you are, captured in cobalt.
